Baumit GmbH is an internationally operating company based in Austria that specializes in the production and distribution of building materials. Founded in 1988, Baumit has become a leading supplier in the construction industry. The company offers a wide range of products, including external thermal insulation composite systems, plasters, screeds, facade paints and dry construction materials.

The Challenge

The challenge of the composing project for Baumit GmbH was to provide photorealistic furnishings for three empty rooms, which were provided to us as image templates. The company wanted to give its potential customers an impression of what their renovated rooms could look like. One difficulty was to integrate the various elements harmoniously into the rooms so that the result was both aesthetically pleasing and authentic. This required not only creative sensitivity, but also the ability to precisely adjust the perspective, lighting and material properties to create a realistic overall picture.

The Solution

In order to meet the requirement, we used an AI tool that enabled us to virtually furnish the room with high-quality furnishings. By precisely adjusting light, shadow and materials, we were able to perfectly match the furnishings to the empty rooms. The result was a convincing, realistic composing that fully met Baumit's requirements in terms of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Scenario 1 - Nursery

In the first scenario, an empty room painted in soft pink was transformed into a cozy nursery. We furnished the room with a stylish dresser, a crib and practical shelves. The shelves are decorated with cuddly toys and pictures, giving the room a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Scenario 2 - Office

The second scenario shows an office space designed in a sleek white color scheme. The room was furnished with a modern desk, functional base units and a comfortable desk chair. A laptop and printer complete the equipment, with everything arranged professionally and tidily to create an efficient working environment.

Scenario 3 - Living room

For the third scenario, an inviting living room has been created, with the wall in the background painted in a bright blue. The furnishings include elegant wooden tables and a sideboard, which together with cozy lamps and pictures create a comfortable atmosphere. A gray sofa forms the focal point of the room. Books are scattered around and carefully placed plants complement the furnishings, making the room particularly welcoming and comforting.
